In its recruitment message, the carrier highlighted that it is looking for individuals with strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment. Candidates are expected to demonstrate professionalism, adaptability, and a strong focus on customer service.

Applicants must meet a set of basic eligibility criteria. These include being at least 21 years of age, meeting minimum height requirements in line with operational standards, and maintaining a professional appearance. Candidates must hold a valid passport, be in good health, and be able to pass required medical assessments.

Language requirements include fluency in English, both spoken and written, while knowledge of additional languages is considered an advantage. Applicants should also be comfortable working irregular schedules, including night shifts, weekends, and public holidays. A strong safety mindset and the ability to respond calmly in emergency situations are also essential.

The role requires a high school qualification as a minimum, along with at least one year of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in aviation, hospitality, or retail. Prior international aviation exposure is considered beneficial but not mandatory. Successful candidates must also be willing to relocate to Dubai.

A training agreement applies during the initial employment period, with associated costs outlined by the airline as part of the onboarding process.

In terms of compensation, cabin crew members receive a monthly package that includes a base salary along with allowances for accommodation and transport. Additional variable pay is linked to flight hours. On average, the total monthly earnings are structured to reflect operational activity.

Beyond salary, the airline offers a range of benefits including medical coverage, annual leave entitlement, paid vacation time, yearly travel tickets, discounted travel for family and friends, and an open-ended employment contract.

The recruitment drive comes as the airline continues to expand its operations and strengthen its workforce to support growing passenger demand. For job seekers interested in aviation careers, the opportunity represents a pathway into the industry with international exposure and travel-related benefits.
