For enthusiasts of Taiwanese cuisine, Typhoon Cafe is the place to be, as they have recently introduced a $19.90++ all-you-can-eat buffet.
The buffet features over 30 dishes, including several personal favorites of co-owner Andie Chen, who played a significant role in the menu's research and development.
Among Andie's top recommendations are Xiao Long Bao, Signature Braised Pork Rice, Signature Taiwanese Oyster Mee Sua, Taiwanese Salt and Pepper Chicken, Spicy Scallion Oil Mixed Noodles, Beef Noodle Soup, Taiwanese Fried Pork Intestines, Casserole Tofu, and Three-cup Chicken.
Other notable menu items include Taiwanese Mushroom Hot Pot Noodle Soup and Spicy Hot Pot Noodle Soup.
Braised dishes are also part of the offering, featuring options like Braised Kelp Knots, Braised Radish, and Soft-Boiled Marbled Tea Egg.

For those who favor cold appetizers, the buffet includes Spicy Pork Ear Slices in Red Oil and Lotus Root Slices with Sichuan Peppercorn.
In addition to the food, Typhoon Cafe has introduced a new Signature Taiwanese Pot-Boiled Milk Tea, which combines Taiwan's traditional tea culture with bubble tea. Diners can choose between two flavors: Assam Reserve Milk Tea and Mountain Oolong Tea.

For a limited time, customers can enjoy the Signature Taiwanese Pot-Boiled Milk Tea for $4.90++ (regular price $9.90++) with each buffet order, limited to one redemption per person.
The buffet has an 80-minute dining time limit.
Buffet prices start at $19.90++ for lunch and $24.90++ for dinner, with additional charges applicable from Friday to Sunday, as well as on public holidays and their eves.
Founded in 2017, Typhoon Cafe is a Taiwanese dining concept based in Singapore and is part of the local F&B group Creative Eateries, which was acquired by Singaporean actor Andie Chen and his two brothers, Ash and Adam Chen, in November 2025.
This acquisition signifies Andie's new role. Prior to becoming the chief marketing officer at Creative Eateries, Andie was an actor and producer in both Singapore and Taiwan. He recently appeared as a police officer in the local fantasy drama "Fixing Fate," which aired on Mediacorp's Channel 8 last October.
In 2020, Andie moved to Taiwan with his wife, former Mediacorp actress Kate Pang, and their two children. Kate, who is Taiwanese and has a deep understanding of the cuisine, was involved in the initial tasting of the menu at Typhoon Cafe, as reported by 8world. She traveled back and forth between Taiwan and Singapore to provide feedback and suggest Taiwanese resources for the team.
